Computer vision (CV) automates visual inspection with machine learning (ML) for tasks like tracking assets to optimize supply chain logistics and detecting anomalies to improve product quality. Video feeds must be analyzed locally when real-time responses are expected or when data residency rules require that videos be processed and stored locally. In this demo video, you will learn how to add CV to existing cameras with AWS Panorama and run a CV application locally on AWS Outposts. You will also learn how AWS Panorama implements reads/writes to Amazon S3 on Outposts buckets and performs ML inferencing on video feeds to generate real-time insights.
