Contact Lens for Amazon Connect, a feature of Amazon Connect, provides a set of conversational analytics and quality management capabilities, powered by machine learning, that helps understand and classify the sentiment, trends, and compliance of your conversations. In this demo, the user will learn how to enable their Amazon Connect instance to use Contact Lens and then how to configure Contact Lens within the Contact Flow editor.
