Monitor and reduce the air conditioner’s energy use*. AI Energy mode lets you check the power use and allows you to estimate your electricity bill. By learning your usage patterns and analyzing the room conditions, AI Energy mode can reduce energy use by up to 20% by adjusting the temperature and compressor frequency*.
*Requires the use of the SmartThings app and a Samsung account. Actual savings may vary by usage patterns and environment. Savings were realized in comparison to AI Auto mode, by adjusting the compressor speed and the target cooling/heating setpoint up to +2°/-2°C. Setpoint adjustment by the user will exit the AI Energy mode.
