Faster C++ Multiarchitecture Programming Using oneDPL | Intel Software

This video will introduce you to the Intel® oneAPI DPC++ Library (oneDPL) that helps you add advanced parallelism to core C++ applications with SYCL for multiarchitecture programming. It gives an overview of the parallel API and the SYCL kernels API of oneDPL. It also spotlights the newly added experimental feature of the library called dynamic selection API.

This video gives an overview of the Intel® oneAPI DPC++ Library (oneDPL). It talks about the major component APIs of the library:
• Parallel API for execution on multicore CPUs and GPUs
• SYCL kernels APIs for acceleration on GPUs
• Dynamic selection API (newly added experimental feature in v2022.3) for scheduling SYCL kernels on available compute resources. The video demonstrates how the API employs different device selection policies of your choice.

You will learn about how oneDPL enables adding advanced parallelism to your core C++ application for efficient parallel programming across heterogeneous architectures. With parallel programming capabilities of SYCL, the library lets you run your C++ STL style code in parallel on multicore CPUs and accelerate on GPUs and FPGAs.
