I decided to check out UltaHost and their VPS offerings. I have been wanting to show everyone how to set up Wiki.js for a while now, so this looked like a good opportunity. I really like how you get Free DDOS protection & unlimited bandwidth. This is extremely handy when you need to share or host large files. So, feel free to use this for ownCloud, Nextcloud, FileCloud etc.

Now, let's talk about Wiki.js

There are so many reason to run your own website or web application like wiki.js. I've been using it in place of the online paid services... it's especially helpful for my creative projects, game dev documents like the GDD or the game bible, etc.

Installing Wiki.js is easy. In this tutorial, I'll be simply following the instructions here:

After I get it installed, I'll set up a site and give you a tour plus a few pointers.
