A comprehensive, Partner-managed solution for resilient cloud-connected edge computing, Satellite Resiliency for AWS Outposts extends the reach of Amazon Web Services to the most remote and geographically dispersed environments on earth. When terrestrial network connectivity is disrupted, this solution routes traffic via a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite connection, supporting business continuity and data residency requirements. For the most remote deployments, such as disaster response, agriculture, heavy industry, energy operations, or security and defense operations – Satellite Connectivity for AWS Outposts provide last-mile resilient connectivity.
