Hexa-X-II, Europe’s flagship 6G initiative, has paved the way for next-generation networks. Building on the foundation of Hexa-X, Hexa-X-II aimed to design an end-to-end system platform delivering novel 6G capabilities. Together, the two initiatives defined over 100 technical enablers, contributed 280 standards, filed 60 patents, and more, setting the stage for what’s next in global connectivity. Nokia served as the project lead, collaborating with 43 consortium partners to make the initiative a success.
