Pinterest needed a way to manage scattered prompts, datasets, and evaluations across teams — so they built PromptHub, a centralized prompt engineering platform using Amazon Bedrock.

Charlie Gu, Engineering Manager at Pinterest, shares how PromptHub gives teams one place to create, version, evaluate, and auto-tune prompts using Amazon Bedrock's broad catalog of foundation models. With auto prompting, AI writes optimized prompts that beat months of manual tuning — cutting development from three months to weeks, saving 60,000 human hours annually on data labeling, and eliminating six years of manual prompt engineering effort.
