Just to clarify, I am sorry about not making the Serial code part very clear. the 3rd number stands for year while 4th and 5th for week number. So if yours is something like 936 or 036 you can unlock and all it means is your iPhone was made in 2009 or 2010. However something like 136 or 206 is NOT unlockable because those were made in 2011 after the 35th week and 2012. You guys will have to wait for an unlock later on.
