Enter the Harley-Davidson Nightster, sporting a starting MSRP of $9,999 to squeeze right under the wire.

But Japan has a massive counterpunch waiting in the wings: the Honda Rebel 1100 ($9,699 for the manual transmission version we tested).

Ryan and Troy take these two completely different interpretations of the modern metric cruiser out into the canyons and onto the highway to find out which machine rules the budget cruiser class.
