Chrome 52: Contain Property, the PerformanceObserver API & Service Worker Stream

Chrome 52 adds support for the CSS contain property, and can make rendering performance screamin’ fast! It’s easier to collect real user measurement data with the performance observer API. And, the browser can now progressively render content served from a Service workers, with streamed HTTP responses.
