Microsoft, Markle join forces to help more Americans gain jobs skills to compete in digital economy

On June 28, Microsoft Philanthropies announced a three-year commitment with Markle Foundation to expand its Skillful program that helps provide American workers with critical job skills. Bylo Farmer of Boulder, Colorado exemplifies the importance of this partnership’s mission. Through her own tenacity and with the help of a Skillful job coach, this video tells the story of how one woman started over and changed careers – in her 50s.
