The Center of Excellence (CoE) and Skills work stream is critical to establishing a customer’s migration readiness. To be prepared for an enterprise migration, the customer must have a critical mass of people with production AWS experience, established the foundational operational processes to support migrations, and a CoE dedicated to mobilizing the appropriate resources to lead the organization through the various organizational and business transformation challenges encountered over the course of a large-scale migration effort. Attend this session to learn about the organizational and governance changes an organization should make prior to migrating to AWS.
