"Learn how Twitter chose Google Cloud for part of their world-scale Hadoop environment. With hundreds of PBs and hundreds of thousands of cores to migrate, Twitter had to choose carefully. In this talk, we share our extensive evaluation process over multiple months, including benchmarking 1000s+ nodes clusters. We will give specific findings and recommendations for evaluating cloud providers and why we believe GCP is the best choice for Hadoop.
