In this Microsoft Teams tutorial, you’ll learn how to manage campus and student workers more effectively with Shifts in Microsoft Teams. Shifts let workers and managers use their mobile devices to manage schedules, keep in touch, communicate, access documents and apps and more.

With Shifts, first line managers can seamlessly manage shifts and timesheets with time clocking, and geo-location time clocking that ensures employees are checking in within the appropriate boundaries, plan schedules for teams, broadcast open and unfilled shifts, and accept or deny time of or shift changes. Team members can request time off, swap shifts, set their availability, and more.
