In this session we will look at how Cation Consultings' dual AI platform, Parly, was deployed to Ryanair, Europe's largest airline and has handled hundreds of thousands of customer interactions per month since December 2018. Parly delivers a multi-lingual, multi-channel Chatbot, leveraging Amazon Lex and Amazon Sagemaker to optimise responses to customer enquiries, in a perpetually learning environment.

In our platform, AWS comprehend is used to provide sentiment analysis, while AWS translate is used to localize the ingress language for processing.
