How to upgrade from Windows Home to Windows 10 Pro

Microsoft 365 Business requires Windows 10 Pro to help secure your data. If you’re already using Microsoft Windows Home, this tutorial will show you how to make the upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.

• From your desktop, select “Start” in the bottom left hand corner
• Search for “Microsoft Store” and select it
• Open the search bar, enter “Windows 10 Pro” and select “Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro”
• Select “Learn more,” then “Buy”
• You’ll then be prompted to verify your identity with Windows Security
• After entering your password, select “Buy”
• Then “Install”

Be sure to save your files if you haven’t already, otherwise, select “Yes, let’s go.” Allow your machine to restart as it completes the installation of Windows 10 Pro.
