In this first-ever virtual episode of "The Shiproom," Brad calls the CIO of Land O'Lakes, Marc Carlson, to talk about remote work, butter, basketball, and productivity.
They discuss how Marc chooses technology for his company to ensure they can match the increasingly sophisticated tools used by their network of farmers, and he explains how a widespread organization that handles 12 billion pounds of milk every year has improved its productivity by finding ways to simplify the way they work with Teams, Power BI, and Workplace Analytics.
