Headquartered in the Netherlands, Arkin is one of the country’s largest mental health providers, building excellence in care through collaboration with clients, families, practitioners, and the community. To provide patient-centric services more efficiently, Arkin chose Microsoft 365 for its 4,200 employees. When COVID-19 hit and social distancing precluded traditional counseling sessions, the company took advantage of Microsoft Teams to move sessions online—a boon to mental health patients who are vulnerable to the extra stress of social isolation and uncertainty.
