This is Color OS 12, OPPO's latest and greatest update, which is actually the first Android 12 update from an OEM, and also one of the purest approaches I've seen so far. The changes are so vast that we decided to partner with OPPO in helping us make this video to tell you why you should consider it.
It starts by looking familiar, it adopts Google features where they are more useful to avoid duplicate apps, and then provides added value in exclusive perks to OPPO that are pretty subtle. It's as if they're not trying to force themselves on you like with other approaches.
OPPO calls this their inclusive design language where the OS adopts the best of all worlds. I think my biggest problem with Stock Android is that it's pretty barebones. It's visually appealing and has some neat tricks, but I don't consider it to be the most productive, and this is where I feel Color OS 12 shines because it does so much more! I'm Jaime Rivera with Pocketnow, and let's dive in.
