PAOK-FC is one of the biggest and the most successful football clubs in Greece with 95 years of history, over 1,5 million fanbase, around 150 employees and 50,000,000 euros yearly budget. It has developed its own streaming platform – PAOK TV which is all-in in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Migration to AWS helped PAOK to increase scalability because the biggest challenge for the company was to prepare for the huge and sudden traffic. PAOK now uses services like MediaConvert, MediaLive, MediaPackage, Lambda, Elastic services, Cloudfront and a lot of others to keep its systems scalable, redundant and secure, while delivering a quality product to the end users.
