In this video, we show how you can use Network Access Analyzer to identify VPC subnets that are routing to services like Amazon S3 over Internet or NAT Gateways instead of VPC Endpoints. Routing traffic from your VPC subnets to AWS services over VPC Endpoints can save you costs and also keep your traffic private on AWS. Using Network Access Analyzer, we can identify subnets that not using VPC endpoints to route to services like Amazon S3. Once you have re-configured your subnets, you can also use Network Access Analyzer to verify that traffic from your VPC subnets to Amazon S3 is being appropriately routed over VPC endpoints - saving you costs and keeping your traffic private.
