Recover VM boot disk with GCE Rescue

Oftentimes you may get into situations where you are unable to correctly boot your VM instances, causing you to be “locked out”. You may be unable to remotely connect to the instance using the normal methods like SSH or Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
