In this session, we’ll discuss using open source versus managed services for your Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) operational needs, and what signals to look at for decision-making. We’ll also share how Google Cloud’s managed observability services can help you achieve value faster, improve scalability, and boost performance.

You’ll learn how Wayfair, a leading online retailer, transitioned from open source to managed operational tools, with a 64% cost-saving and improved scalability and performance. We’ll also go through examples of other customers who are leveraging the partner ecosystem.
