0:01:41 With your upcoming trip to Arkansas. Will this be the first time you are visiting the state?

0:04:35 Are you a Swifty? (My wife really wants me to ask.)
0:07:14 I am being pressed into a new position at my job, and while it is significantly more money, it isn’t what I want to do. I should say that I’m not sure I wouldn’t ultimately enjoy what I’d be doing, and the hours would be better for family life. But I’m just happy doing what I’m doing and am struggling with the change. Not sure what kind of advice I’m actually looking for – maybe just some words of wisdom.
0:12:14 I am looking for advise on how to manage the labelling of the individual containers in the Sortimo cases that I bought from Adam.
0:14:39 During your career, have you been presented with a crossroad where picking one career step would possibly close the door to the other forever? How did you ultimately make your decision and how did it feel after?
0:23:46 I have all of my tools at home and my garage is 5 blocks away. I need good tool transportation. Suggestions on a type of tool bag? Backpack? Pockets no pockets?

0:29:47 I teach high school CAD. Suggestions for creating a creative design environment in the classroom?
0:33:43 How do you fulfill your need to be creative/make things while traveling? I am a carpenter by profession and a woodworker by hobby and find it difficult to satisfy my desire to create while on the road.
0:35:52 How often do you sketch without the intention of making what you sketch?
0:38:17 Do you still have Jamie‘s hat that you shot with a shotgun during the MythBusters episode, shooting a hand grenade out of the air?
0:44:50 What advice would you give for someone about to take up airbrushing for the first time?
0:47:40 Can you recommend a convincing DIY material to stand-in for ivory?
0:49:56 Ive been happy working on my own for the longest time. When do you know it's time to hire extra hands?
0:51:22 I have been with my employer for 25 years. A few months ago I was appointed to V.P. of the company. What advice would you give to be a good leader? Any processes that you would make sure should be in place for the company?
0:56:10 Help my buy my first vacuum former. How much should I spend and what brands should I look for? I am an average model-kit-builder skill level right now.
0:56:36 My father was a maker (old school wood and metal worker), who passed away about 5 years ago. I had inherited his entire woodshop and metal working areas, even though I don't know a whole lot about either. The other day I had to rethread a bolt for a table I was fixing. I had never done something like that before ever! I looked at my dad's old tap and die set and found his hand written notes on how to measure the threads, how to get things started, and lubricating as I worked. I was so proud of my accomplishment of doing something I've never done but then cried as I felt my father being proud of me too. I miss him everyday. It has me motivated me to try to learn to use every tool he gave me, not just to honor him, but to keep that same sense of pride I felt for myself! How do you honor those who have passed that you inherited tools from or even know how to use? Is my situation unique or common place?
