GuardDuty Malware Protection for S3 - Overview and Demo | Amazon Web Services

Using GuardDuty, you can now identify new objects uploaded with malware from untrusted sources. GuardDuty will monitor new objects on the configured S3 bucket, detect for malware, apply tags, and will provide event notification so you can quarantine the infected objects.
