Nothing Phone (3) Review: Nothing Like You Expect

There's a problem with trying to stand out in smartphones in 2025: it's almost impossible.

That's a problem London-based mobile maker Nothing Technology decided to attack in a novel way when it launched a few years back: first by making phones literally too bright to ignore, with custom lights and thoughtful design; then by delivering that design to the entry-level segment with its CMF line; and now, by making its most expensive smartphone so polarizing that half its userbase seems to hate it. Did Nothing finally go too far? I’m MrMobile and I’ve spent a week with the Nothing Phone (3).

MrMobile's Nothing Phone 3 Review was produced following seven days with a Nothing Phone 3 review sample provided by Nothing Technology. Pre-production sample running pre-release software. Tested on T-Mobile US in London, England and New York City. The device received one software update during the review period.
