Use the Gemini CLI Jules and security extensions to fix security vulnerabilities in the background

Sherzat uses the security extension for Gemini CLI to generate a security analysis report detailing critical security issues. Then, he passes this report to Jules to autonomously scan the findings, execute the necessary fixes in the codebase, and publish the corrected code to a new branch for a final review and merge.
