0:00:00 Maggie Update
0:03:19 In a Star Wars episode, you and Jamie tested High Ground. Your conclusions ended up being based on the findings of two Padawn rejects, Jamie and you. Why did you not bring in two professionals? Fencers or better yet, two SCA fighters?
0:05:48 Out of all the myths that were covered, the one that frustrated me the most was Killer Cable Snaps because the cable was cut under tension, instead of pulled to its breaking point. By cutting it, I'd imagine it removes a huge amount of potential energy. I wanted to ask you your thoughts on that myth, and whether there's been any proof of this happening in the real world since it aired? And if you had a time machine, what would you tell your past self on how to do that myth differently (if at all)?
0:14:18 What do you think the failure of a large scale Newtons cradle failed and why?
0:15:15 After the Fire vs Ice episode what was done with the flamethrower? Both Jamie and yourself considered it extremely dangerous. Plus what was the process to be able to build a flamethrower?
0:20:13 I enjoyed watching you cut nylon on your fancy bandsaw. Can you settle a debate we're having at the makerspace? - Do plastics dull a bandsaw blade faster than wood?
0:22:35 Lego sets? Any favorite sets? Like what is your favorite licensed set and favorite non-Licensed set?
0:23:45 Do you view prop making as art with a variable medium or as a trade with industry standards? Or is it both/neither to you personally?
0:31:30 Planning for the future vs living in the moment. I've made too many plans and now I'm exhausted just looking at my calendar. I know it'll be fun when it all arrives - how do you do it?
0:34:28 You’ve said the stunt driving on MB has proven useful, but has there been any other MB stories you tackled which you can class as a “wake up call” to how you previously tackled or handled stuff
0:41:59 I've been working on a project for more than 2 years. I just finally finished it. I'm delighted with the result, but I'm also depressed that it's done. How do you deal with completion depression?
0:46:03 What is the biggest missed opportunity you would want to redo?
0:46:55 Is creating a destructive art as much as a constructive one? Isn't the act of cleaning up as much of the act of creation as much as anything else creators do? The act of returning the space to status quo so that we can begin anew the next time?
0:50:47 Do you have any words of encouragement for these hard times? Especially as we enter the holiday season.
0:56:40 For those of us who recently purchased one of your keychain tags do you have any ideas or recommendations in terms of giving it a protective coating? I want to put it on my keys but sometimes they get wet from rain, so I don't know if there's something we can do to seal the tag from the elements or not without altering the wonderful patina it has.
0:59:08 Is there any chance we'll see you and Dave Fogler hang out on screen again? The video of you two scratch building remains one of my favourite Tested videos, and I've loved watching Dave's content ever since.
