e-Shram, India’s database for 300 million informal workers, is powered by Microsoft Azure and AI tools that guide workers toward regulated, better-paying jobs. Through the National Career Service portal, workers can use Azure OpenAI Service's generative AI tools to assess skills, generate resumes, and match with relevant jobs.
