Paul Mitchell from Microsoft chairs this lively panel discussion at Faculty Summit 2012. How the Internet should be governed has become a hot topic in recent months. Some say that the current model of governance is unsustainable and should be changed. Others vigorously defend the current model as the enabling ingredient for unbounded innovation.
