Yi Ma, a computer vision expert who recently joined Microsoft Research Asia and leads the computer vision group, shows how people can rectify things we see. The correction of strong perspective distortion has been a very challenging problem in the past 20 or 30 years. Yi introduces the background and the latest development of project TILT by his team to resolve the problem.
