Nomura improves developer efficiency working with AWS | Amazon Web Services

Nomura is a global investment bank that has been on a cloud adoption journey with AWS since 2019. In this video, Murali Kaundinya, Managing Director and Head of Software Engineering, shares how Nomura leveraged AWS DeepRacer events - a hands-on machine learning experience through a cloud-based 3D racing simulator - to help developers innovate by applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in an engaging way. By using a cloud-first strategy, Nomura is able to better manage risks and vulnerabilities associated with legacy applications. Nomura is also exploring generative AI use cases and collaborating with AWS and AWS partners to understand how these capabilities can assist in creating a seamless customer experience.
