VTEX, a leading digital commerce platform, leveraged Amazon Managed Service for Prometheus and Amazon OpenSearch Service to modernize its observability stack, saving costs and improving efficiency. With AWS Observability, VTEX can monitor their end customers' stores on its platform at scale—VTEX produces more than 4 terrabytes of logs per day, about 150 million active time series, and more than 2 billion spans a day.
