Compute Proportional Split Cost Reallocation using SQL | Amazon Web Services

These queries will return a reallocation of your Savings Plans (SPs) applied to EC2. The allocation will be based on a proportional split model where all dimensions receive an equal split of the SP cost.
The purpose of step 1 and 2 is to show you the individual components that make up this allocation. Step 3 pulls together step 1 and 2, and is the final query to copy over.
