"Lunch Break” Season 9 kicks off with Sigal Zarmi, the Global CIO and Vice Chairwoman of PwC.

Sigal and I talk about what standard operating procedures are no longer effective today compared to when her career began, and we also discuss the future of AI by debating whether or not it will ever be powerful enough to do simple things like moderate a U.S. presidential debate or work with animals.

We also look at how IT differentiate itself over the next 5 years, as well as how the move to the cloud impacted the morale of her IT organization.
